| 摘 要： | 人的个性培养主要是个体主体性培养,主体性的发展是人的全面发展的核心。高校思想政治教育对大学生个性培养是在思想政治教育过程中通过提高对学生的主体意识、主体创造性和主体实践性的认识,来完善教育目标,增强大学生的社会责任感,达到自我发展的主体性教育中进行的。

| Abstract: | It is mainly individual entity cultivation that people's individual character is trained,individual development is the cove of the people's development in an all-round way.University student's individual characters are trained by university ideological and political education to improve their subject consciousness,subject creativity and subject practicality in the process.It aims at perfecting educational goal and strengthening social responsibilities of the university students. |
