| 摘 要： | 做班主任工作必须有高度的责任心和使命感,这是做教师的基本条件;做班主任工作还要有足够的细心和耐心,这更是做一名合格班主任的必备条件。要做好班主任,首先要尊重学生、信任学生、对学生充满爱心,这样才能与学生建立良好的、和谐的师生关系。
