| 摘 要： | 盛宣怀操纵着早期中国通商银行的具体业务,包括为该行招揽存款,重视押款,反复要求降低汇费,规范银行帐目,强调“自家生意自家做”。在中国通商银行遭遇几个金融案件困扰之际,盛宣怀努力进行疏通,以减少该行的损失。盛宣怀对中国通商银行的操纵既有积极的一面,也有着潜在的负面影响,它使得该行随着盛宣怀的命运而起伏,并往往偏离业务经营的客观要求。

| Abstract: | Sheng Xuan-huai controlled the operation of the Imperial Bank of China.For example,he endeavoured to canvass deposits for the bank, attached importance to a loan on security, required reducing the fee of remittance, standardized the accounts of the bank ,emphasized that the bank must deal with his own corporations and so on. At the time of the Imperial Bank of China falling into the trouble because of the cases of the finance, Sheng Xuan-huai tried to lessen its loss. Sheng Xuan-huai's control had positive function as well as latent negative influence on the bank.It maked the bank wave with the destiny of Sheng Xuan-huai, and often deviated the external demands of operation. |
