摘    要:大学教师的绩效管理应体现人本化。将心理契约理念引入大学教师绩效管理,促使大学教师绩效管理观念的创新,实行人本化、愿景式、激励式和参与式管理,有利于调动教师积极性和创造性,形成心理契约与教师绩效管理的良性互动。

Abstract:The performance management of college teachers should be human-oriented.The psychological contract should be introduced into the performance management for college teachers for better innovation in this regard.Better human-oriented,participatory management and incentive mechanism would boost the teachers' activeness and innovation for the sound interaction between psychological contract and performance management.
