| 摘 要： | 信息的贫困是欠发达地区经济发展的主要因素之一。通过对湘鄂渝黔四省（市）边区农村信息化的需求调研，分析欠发达地区农村信息化建设存在的主要问题和个性化信息需求方式，提出具有针对性和可推广性的用户个性化信息服务模式，进而促进欠发达地区农村经济发展和农民增收。
