NGO与中国社会工作教育——以云南为例

中国社会转型无疑促进了社会工作专业教育的蓬勃发展,而社会工作专业人才恰是NGO“专业机构、专业伦理、专业服务”的主体基础。如何携手NGO,以开拓中国社会工作教育新途径?本文运用社会学的理论与方法,以云南各高校为个案,着重分析研究NGO与社会工作教育机构在课程设置、实践环节、师资培训、资料建设等方面的合作;力图总结“双赢”经验,探索适合中国社会工作教育发展的理想途径和模式。

NGOs and Education for the Social Work in China——A study of the case in Yunnan Province

It's of no doubt that the social transformation in China helps the development of social work education.Social work graduates are the potential human resources for the NGOs,which need specialists with professional theory and education.As an education organ,how to cooperate with NGOs and strengthen education for social work ? This article,using the theory and methods in sociology,and making a study of the cases in universities and colleges in Yunnan,analyzed the cooperation between NGOs and education agencies.It focused on students courses,internship development,training trainers,resource development,etc so as to explore the appropriate ways for developing social work education in China.
