| 摘 要： | 科学发展观的提出，对于推进区域教育的发展具有特殊而重要的意义。我们应该把科学发展观的总体思想与区域教育发展的具体实践有机结合起来，正确看待当前区域教育发展所面临的问题，科学的认识科学发展观与区域教育和谐发展的关系，从而采取有效措施，推动区域教育和谐发展。

The thought of the scientific development, combined with the practices in the development of the regional education, will give guidance to a better understanding of the regional education so that it will enjoy a harmonious development under effective measures. |
