| 摘 要： | 我国市场经济的快速发展对技术经济工作的要求越来越高,灵活运用管理有关理论就能够提高质量和效率,适应市场需求。分析了技术经济工作特点及影响质效因素,提出了把技术经济工作本身作为一个项目进行管理和控制的新观念,并应用多目标规划理论优化工作组成员,应用管理信息系统理论实现信息资源共享,采用模式化作业等,以便提高技术经济工作的质量和效率。

| Abstract: | The rapid development of China's market economy requires more and more of technology economy.The flexible use of related management theories can improve the quality and efficiency,and meet the needs of market.This paper analyses the characteristics of technology economy and the factors which affect quality and efficiency.At the same time,it proposes new ideas to manage and control technology economy as a project,to optimize working groups by programming theory,to achieve common share of information resources by using the theories of information-managing system,and to unify pattern so as to improve quality and efficiency of technology economy. |
