| 摘 要： | 大学生创新教育在当前具有重大意义。它应包括四个方面的内容 :创新人格的培养 ;创新意识的培养 ;创新思维的培养 ;创新技能的培养。进行大学生创新教育 ,首先要努力营造创新教育氛围 ,培养学生的创新人格 ;其次要强化创新意识和创新精神的教育 ;再次要培养创新思维 ,充分发挥教师在创新教育中的作用 ;第四要加强大学生创新能力的培养。

| Abstract: | The students' initiative education is of great significance. It has the following components: the cultivation of the initiative personality and character, the cultivation of the initiative conciousness, the cultivation of the initiative thinking and the cultivation of the initiative skills and methods. Firstly, in order to carry out the students' initiative education, we must create the atmosphere for the initiative education so that the students' initiative personality can be cultivated; Secondly, we should emphasize on the education of the initiative consciousness and initiative spirit; thirdly, we should bring the teachers' role into full play in the education in order to cultivate the initiative thinking; lastly, we should enhance the cultivation of the students' initiative ability. |
