| 摘 要： | 针对施工企业BT建设模式资金管理不顺畅的问题,采用对比分析的方法,分析了BT建设模式下的融资、投资及运作过程中的资金管理特点,结合深圳地铁5号线BT项目中的融资、投资及资金管理实践,总结出加强银企合作、模拟资金集中运用、加强对沉淀资金监控等在BT建设模式下的资金管理措施。研究结果对施工企业BT建设模式下的项目资金管理有借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Through the contrastive analysis of the capital management characteristics in financing,investment and opertional process under the BT construction mode,this article elaborates on the problem of capital management in construction enterprises.By referring to the practice of Line 5 of Shenzhen Metro in project financing,investment and capital management of BT project,the conclusion is made about measures to strengthen the cooperation between banks and enterprises,to simulate concentrative capital utilization to strengthen control of Precipitation capital under the BT construction mode.The result offers reference for the project capital management of construction enterprises under BT mode. |
