| 摘 要： | 以史为鉴可以知兴替。在中国数千年的历史进程中 ,历代思想家、政治家在不断总结治国经验与教训的基础上 ,提炼与概括出丰富的管理社会、治理国家的智慧。其中以德治国、德法兼用、立国为民、以德治吏和以德化民等思想 ,不仅揭示了儒家伦理思想与政治文明的内在联系 ,也展示了中国历代政治文化的精髓。它对于理解和建设当代社会主义政治文明会有积极的参考价值。

| Abstract: | By using antiquity as a mirror,you may learn to for esee the rise and fall of empires.During Chinese history of thousand years,havin g summed up the experience and lessons of governing countries,the thinkers and p oliticians through the ages got much wisdom of governing the society and country .Such as governing country by morals,using morals and laws together,building the country for the people,governing officials by morals and converting the people by morals.They not only show the conection between the Confucian morals and poli tical civilization,but also show the quintessence of Chinese political civilizat ion through the ages.It is valuable for us to understand and construct modern so cialism political civilization for reference. |
