企业战略管理在实践教学中的应用

本文针对目前企业战略管理课程中实践教学的难点进行研究。分析了社会对应用型人才的需求方向和企业战略课程的特点,提出了将竞争模拟教学与案例教学共同引入课程实践教学,通过在实际教学活动中的应用,取得了方法的可行性和良好的教学效果。

Practical Teaching of Enterprise Strategic Management

This article deals with the difficulties and problems encountered in teaching enterprise strategic management.Based on an analysis of the society's need for people with practical knowledge and skills and of the practical nature of this course,the authors of this article propose that competition simulation and case study should be incorporated into the teaching process.Experience shows that this ap- proach is not only feasible but also effective and conducive to achieving better results.
