| 摘 要： | 本文结合中国背景,界定了组织健康的内涵及其维度,并设计了包含企业绩效、员工健康和社会效益三个分量表的组织健康测量问卷.调查数据证明,三个分量表都具有较好的效度和信度,证明了组织健康三个理论维度的存在.基于组织健康的多层次性,文章认为组织健康是一个合并型多维构念,并通过建立组织健康与三个维度之间的线性函数来测量整体的组织健康,判断组织健康的程度.本研究为后续的组织健康前因后果的系统研究奠定了良好基础.
