| 摘 要： | 我们今天的社会主义的公正是适应社会主义初级阶段和社会主义市场经济的公正观;社会主义公正是促进生产力的发展与实现社会和谐的统一、是目的与手段的统一、政治与经济的统一、公平与效率的统一、根本利益与基本权利的统一.必须实现广大人民群众在政治权利上的平等;必须保证人民的经济权利不受侵犯;必须使人民群众的基本权利得到充分的保障.社会主义的公正观既要满足人民的物质利益,又要实现人民的政治利益;既要发挥非公有制经济发展生产力的积极作用,又要遏制非公有制经济侵害社会利益的消极作用;既要维护投资者的合理利益,更要维护劳动者的正当权利.

| Abstract: | The socialistic justice is a kind of view about justice that adapts to the socialistic primary phrase and socialism market economy. The justice is the unification between productive progress and harmonious society, aim and means, politics and economy, fairness and efficiency, ultimate interests and basic rights. It is obligatory to realize the people's equality in politic rights, to guarantee the people's economic interests and basic rights. Socialistic justice must both satisfy the people with material demands and ensure the people's politic interests, both take advantage the positive force in non-state-owned economy and keep their harm to social interests within limits, both stick up for the investors' legal interests and labors' legal rights. |
