战后日本首相更迭机制探析

A Study of the Alternation Mechanism of Japanese Prime Ministers in the Postwar Period

The mechanism of the alternation of prime ministers,that is,the ruling party nominates the prime minister and the Diet appoints it,was adopted in Japan in the postwar period.Due to the specificity of party politics,the prime minister was alternated within one party for a long period of time.Short life span of a prime minister still exists even though the Democratic Party comes to power instead of the Liberal Democratic Party.The election system and the reporting way of media that caters to the people are the main reasons for the frequent alternations of prime ministers.The frequent alternation of prime ministers results in the changes of Japan' internal and foreign policies which increases the difficulty for other countries to cope with.
