| 摘 要： | 高等学校规模与效益的关系是由教育资源配置决定的。当教育资源优化配置 ,资源得到充分利用 ,学校规模是适度的 ,就会收到良好的办学效果。在规模调整的过程中 ,必须正确认识规模大小与规模优化的关系。学校要根据自身内部和外部条件来选择最优规模 :第一 ,要分析构成学校规模的各要素 ;第二 ,合理配置直接要素和间接要素 ;第三 ,要进行整体平衡

| Abstract: | Relationship between scale and benefit of the university is determined by the configuration of educational resources.We can get satisfactory effect on the condition that the configuration of educational resources can be well distribute,be taken good use of ,and the scale of university is moderate.During adjusting the scale,people must make the dimension and the scale of university clear.University must choose the best scale according to its internal and external condition: 1,Every factor that constitute the scale of the university must be analysed. 2,To arrange the direct and indirect factor properly. 3,Make every aspect balanced. |
