鲜切果蔬自动售货机设计

摘    要:为拓展农副产品销售渠道及解决食品安全问题,设计用于销售鲜切果蔬、熟食品等农副产品的新型节能自动售 货机。设计基于太阳能光伏电池技术的制冷系统,采用相变蓄冷材料( PCM)的蓄冷系统和弹簧推送方式的货物传送装 置,并开发出基于可编程逻辑控制器( PLC)的控制系统。应用结果表明鲜切果蔬自动售货机具有安全卫生、低能耗等特 点,能够增加系统保冷时间,提高了储物箱温度的稳定性,延长系统的使用寿命。

Abstract:To expand sales channels and food safety problems of agricultural and sideline products , designed the vending machine for the sale of fresh-cut fruits and vegetables and cooked food. The designed system included: refrigeration system based on solar photovoltaics technology, cold storage device using phase change materials ( PCM ) , spring delivery mechanism and control system based on programmable logic controller( PLC ) . The result shows that the vending machine for fresh-cut fruits and vegetables has the characteristics of safty,health and lower energy consumption Moreover.it can increase the cold reserving time,improve the stability of storage box temperature and prolong the service life.
