基于网络的空气压缩机远程监控系统

摘    要:针对空气压缩机(空压机)远程监控系统在终端用户端受到地域和时间的限制问题,基于网络的空气压缩机远 程监控系统能够实时地并且随时随地查看多台空压机运行状态的联动监控界面。通过DTU数据传输终端,基于GPRS 和CDMA\EVDO公共移动通信网络实现空气压缩机的数据传输和远程监控。压缩机生产厂家通过远程监控平台,掌握 客户端压缩机组的实时运行数据,提供故障诊断、智能维护以及设备优化运行等服务,为客户提供更好的运维服务,降低 用户能耗支出。实际运行结果表明该监控系统运行良好,能达到预期效果。

Abstract:In view of the problem that air compressor remote monitoring system in the terminal user is limited by regionand time. the remote monitoring system based on the network can realize real-time look over the running state of manysets air compressor at anytime and anywhere. With data transmission terminal DTU. and GPRS and CDMA/EVDOwireless communication network can realize data transmission and remote monitoring of air compressor. Through remotemonitoring platform, compressor manufacturers can master the client real-time operation data. thus to offer the service offault diagnosis, intelligent maintenance, optimizing operation and other services. reduce energy consumption for theuser. The results of actual operation show that the monitoring system can achieve the desired effect.
