摘    要:针对饮料瓶吹塑模型腔在表面粗糙度方面的要求较高,精加工质量与多个因素相关的情况,提出采用正交实验方法对加工过程中的切削速度、进给量、径向切削深度、轴向切削深度等要素进行评估,建立加工表面粗糙度与各工艺参数之间的对应关系,从而确定影响加工质量的主要因素及其规律。研究结果表明,径向切削深度和轴向切削深度是影响零件表面粗糙度的主要因素,而切削速度和进给量对表面质量的影响相对较小。实验结果有助于生产企业优化工艺参数、提高生产效率。

Abstract:According to the higher requirement of the surface roughness of beverage bottle blow molding cavity and thehigh finish machining quality related with multiple factors.the orthogonal experimental method was proposed to evaluatecutting speed, feed, radial cutting depth, axial cutting depth and other factors. Established the relationship betweensurface roughness and process parameters .determined main factors affecting surface quality and its regularity. The resultsshow that radial cutting depth and axial cutting depth play a more important role than the other two.the influence ofcutting speed and feed on the surface quality is relatively small. The experimental results can be applied in optimizingprocess parameters and improving production efficiency.
