基于非线性温焓关系的换热网络夹点法

摘    要:针对换热网络流股存在非线性温焓关系的情况,提出了基于非线性温焓关系的换热网络夹点法,运用MATLAB 数据拟合工具箱拟合流股的温焓关系式,提出了基于非线性温焓关系的换热网络夹点法的能量目标以及夹点温度的计 算方法。最后,通过运用文中提出的方法对一个案例进行了换热网络综合,通过比较流股线性温焓关系和非线性温焓关 系对换热网络的影响,说明了换热网络优化中考虑流股非线性温焓关系的必要性。

Abstract:For the condition of nonlinear relationship between enthalpy and temperature in heat exchanger networks ( HEN) .the pinch method of heat exchanger network synthesis based on nonlinear relationship between enthalpy and temperature was proposed. The nonlinear fitting equation between enthalpy and temperature was developed based on MATLAB Curve Fitting Toolbox. The energy target and pinch temperature of HEN pinch method was calculated based on the nonlinear relationship between enthalpy and temperature. At last.adopted the proposed method for the case of a heat exchanger network synthesis,by comparing the effect of nonlinear relationship and linear relationship between enthalpy and temperature on heat exchanger network.illustrated the necessity of considering the nonlinear relationship between enthalpy and temperature.
