中国职业与社会变迁初探

改革开放以来,我国社会阶层结构已经从"两个阶级一个阶层"的格局转变为多元格局,而日趋多样化和不断分化的职业变化,在很大程度上左右着我国社会结构趋向多样化的社会变迁。本文通过一些统计数据,从中国改革以来职业变化综述出发,分析了我国职业变化的趋势及特点,评述了职业变迁与社会阶层结构变迁的关系,并就此提出政策性的建议。

Occupations and Social Changes in China:An Enquiry on Their Relations

With the opening up and reforming, the social stratum of China has changed from"two classes one stratum"to diversiform structure. To a large extent, the diverse social structure of the country has been influenced by the continuous occupation differentiation. This paper analysizes the trend and characteristics of our country's occupation change by means of statistics, and relation between occupational change and change of social stratum structure. Suggestions on related policies are presented.
