| 摘 要： | 妇女文化教育权利的法律保护目前受到各界的广泛关注，妇女受教育的权利是我国宪法规定的公民的基本权利，任何人不允许周任何手段剥夺妇女的受教育权利。但是，现实当中妇女受教育的权利并没有得到真正的保护，有很多偏远山区，重男轻女现象非常严重，女孩子的义务教育都很难保证，因此，我们呼吁社会保护妇女的文化教育权利。

| Abstract: | No one is allowed to deprive a woman of her educational right,which is one of the basic rights which a citizen is sup-posed to enjoy in accordance with the constitution of P. R. C. Legal protection of the educational right of women has now caught the at-tention of scholars from various fields. But in some remote rural areas,sexual discrimination still exists in some ways. Obviously,much is desired. It thus suggests that efforts should be made to protect the educational right of women. |
