| 摘 要： | 外来物种入侵被认为是世界范围内对生物多样性的一个巨大成胁,是一个全球性的环境问题,已经对我国造成了重大损害,严重威胁着我国的生态安全.我们应当在借鉴国外先进经验的基础上,启动包括加强立法、促进合作、加大投入以及实施环境教育等多种举措在内的综合治理机制,不断提高防治外来物种入侵的能力和意识,逐步完善我国防治外来物种入侵的法律制度.

| Abstract: | The paper holds that the intrusion of alien species has posed a great threat to the diversity of living things worldwide, and in the case of China, a threat to the security of the ecology. Legal measures, such as reinforcement of legislation, promotion of cooperation, increase of investment and education in environmental protection, etc. ought to be taken to prevent such intrusion in China. |
