Inspiration from new problems of economic statistics in Europe and America

In this paper it is introduced that the official statistics system in European and American countries are confronted with new problems brought by an obvious intangible tendency of economy in these countries and how the statisticians are to deal with it. Also, the implication for Chinese statistics is discussed.
