The construction of digital educational resources is a key issue in the development of educational informatization. The research finds that the key point of K-12 digital education resources construction in the United States is on the one hand to lead the popularization of digital education resources with digital teaching materials, and on the other hand to promote the sharing of digital education resources with open education resources. In the process of its construction, the promotion mechanism driven by realistic needs, the planning mechanism based on federal regulations, the guarantee mechanism based on state cooperation and the target mechanism based on school district application all work together to contribute to the gradual perfection of the blueprint for the construction of K-12 digital education resources in the United States. Through the analysis of the above contents, we try to provide reference and inspiration for the development of digital education resources in China.
