| 摘 要： | 近年来，我国高校中外合作办学发展势头强劲，但各高校在中外合作办学实践过程中仍然存在办学质量良莠不齐、专业布置不合理、地区发展不均衡、法律法规不完善等诸多问题，应在“提质增效”“服务大局”和“增强能力”的总体要求下，不断提升中外合作办学质量，更好地服务于我国经济建设和社会发展。
