村庄公共性建设

摘    要:以公共空间拓展和公共精神培育为内核的村庄公共性建设是乡土价值重塑的关键。村庄公共性由改革开放前的理想化向改革开放后的理性回归过程中,出现了公共空间传统退现代进以及公共精神阶段性缺失的困境,亟待在协同治村、合力并进中实现真正的蜕变。强化村庄公共性对培育时代新农民的耦合和递进效应,有利于攻克农民靠农业农村无望的难关;强化其对和谐村庄建设的协调和联动效应,有利于攻克农民善分不善合的难关,助力共建共治、共享共担、共赢共富理念下的乡村振兴伟业。

Construction of Village Publicity
Abstract:The construction of village publicity based on the expansion of public space and the cultivation of public spirit is the key to the remolding of local values.In the process of regression from idealization before the reform and opening up to rationality after the reform and opening up,there is a dilemma of the decline of the traditional public space and the entry of the modern public space and the periodic lack of the public spirit; therefore,it is urgent to realize the real transformation in the collaborative governance of villages and joint efforts.Strengthening the coupling and progressive effect of village publicity on the cultivation of new farmers can help farmers to regain confidence in agriculture and countryside.Strengthening its coordination and linkage effect on the construction of harmonious villages can help farmers to unite other than separate so as to facilitate the great cause of rural revitalization under the concept of co-construction,co-governance,sharing,win-win and common prosperity.
