| 摘 要： | 将Malmquist生产力指数分析方法应用于我国钢铁工业的动态效率评价。选取了我国具有代表性的8个国有大中型钢铁企业作为评价单元，得到了2002--2007年间的全要素生产率增长、技术效率变化和规模效率变化数据。结果表明，我国钢铁工业生产力指数呈逐年上升趋势，而钢铁工业的纯技术效率有下降的趋势。因此，我国必须进一步提高钢铁生产的技术水平，对钢铁生产规模进行合理调整，从而降低钢铁生产能耗，使我国钢铁生产总体水平跃上一个新台阶。

| Abstract: | Malmquist index was used to evaluate the dynamic evaluation of iron and steel industry in China. Eihgt representative steel factories were chosen as evaluation units and their Malmquist index, technology efficiency and scale efficiency were obtained from 2002 to 2007. The results show that the Malmquist index increased gradually during these years, but the pure technology efficiency had a tendency to decline. Therefore, iron and steel producing technology should be improved and producing scale should be adjusted to save energy. |
