| 摘 要： | 新建高师本科院校教育创新的切入点和途径是为教育创新提供知识和人才基础,具体方法和内容主要有准确定位,办出特色;优化管理,整合开发现有教育资源;创立新的课程体系,构建开放灵活的教师教育方法体系;加强教师队伍建设,形成适合社会主义市场经济的管理机制.

| Abstract: | The colleges need to provide knowledge and talents to educational development. The Contents and Measures of educational development to be added should be:first, the college should locate its position accurately and run the college with its own characteristics; second the college should optimize management and make fully use of the teaching resources available; third, the college should improve composition of teaching faculty to adapt to changes in the socialist market economy. |
