| 摘 要： | 人力资本是经济增长的重要因素，四川是西部经济发展的重要省份，通过对四川省1996—2007年间物质资本存量及初、中、高级人力资本存量测算，利用卢卡斯扩展模型计量分析了不同学历层次积累的人力资本对经济增长的贡献率。结果表明，劳动力投入是四川经济增长的关键；人力资本对四川经济增长贡献较少，其中中等教育人力资本对四川经济增长有相对强的解释力。在此基础上，分别从初级、中级、高级人力资本存量现状展开分析，结果发现：各级人力资本存量波动大，人力资本要素没有在四川经济增长中充分发挥作用。

| Abstract: | Human capital is an important factor in the economic growth. Sichuan Province is crucial to western economic development.
