| 摘 要： | 作者在文献研究、30家企业实地调研及专家访谈的基础上,提出了企业IT应用水平评价模型,同时,基于对中国18个省市自治区132家企业的实地调研,应用结构方程方法对评价模型进行检验,结果表明该评价模型具有较好的解释力。随后,提出IT应用水平的等级模型,并应用聚类分析方法进行验证,结果表明,样本企业可分为4个不同的等级,从等级提升的维度分值变化可以看出企业IT应用的演进规律。该研究丰富了现有企业IT应用的评价理论。

| Abstract: | Based on literature research,field visits to thirty enterprises and in-depth interviews of five experts,this paper puts forward the IT Application Maturity Model in enterprises.Thereafter,132 enterprises are surveyed,and in-depth interviews of 268 respondents are conducted to collect survey data.Structural equation modeling is used to test instrument reliability and validity.The result shows that the model has reasonable explanations.Finally,a five-level IT application maturity model in enterprises is established.After the cluster analysis of five-level model,the result shows that the model is validated,which enriches the theory of IT application maturity in enterprises. |
