| 摘 要： | 大学生志愿者是我国青年志愿者的主力军,由具有一定思想觉悟、热心社会公益事业的在校大学生组成.推进志愿服务工作对于塑造大学生健康人格具有重要作用,但当前我国志愿服务中也存在一些问题,笔者将结合高校志愿服务的实际,在思想教育、制度建设、培训、集资使用等方面提出对策和建议.
