图书馆薪酬制度管理与激励机制的构建

摘    要:计算机和网络的发展,不仅引发了图书馆技术革命,对其管理方式也产生了深远的影响。如何应对现代化技术和市场经济与传统的图书馆人力资源管理理念之间的冲突?薪酬作为人力资源管理中的一环,对引进高技术人才,衡量图书馆岗位价值,体现绩效考评结果,建立以薪酬管理为核心的图书馆激励机制起着重要作用。

Abstract:Computer and Internet have not only brought about a technological revolution to library but also produced a far-reaching impact on its management pattern. How to address conflicts between modernization technology & market economy and traditional library human resources management concepts? Salary & compensation system as one missing link in HR management plays a crucial role in introducing high-tech talents, evaluating library post values, reflecting performance assessment results, as well as creating library motivation mechanism focusing on salary & compensation management.
