| 摘 要： | 为了促进土地资源可持续利用,提出多目标土地利用总体规划,并对其实现方法进行研究。在阐述了土地利用总体规划方案评价基本内涵的基础上,建立了土地利用总体规划方案综合评价指标体系;运用层次分析法计算和评价土地利用总体规划方案的适宜性。评价方法的建立,有助于政府相关部门对规划方案选择的规范化和合理化。

| Abstract: | To promote the sustainable use of land resources,we introduce general land use land use plan- ning based on multi-target,and study the implement method.Based on expound the basic content of evaluation and selection of general land use planning,we buld the comprehensive evaluation index system of general lan use planning.We apply Analytic Hierarhy Process for the calculation and evaluation of the appropriateness of general land use planning.The establishment of the evaluation system contributes to the relevant government departmemts to standardize and rationalize the planning options. |
