北京山区资源环境的生态承载力分析

本文以北京市七个山区县作为分析的目标区域,应用目前国际通行的生态足迹分析法计算了该区域资源环境的生态足迹,在扣除维护生物多样性与生态保护所需的土地面积后,计算结果揭示了北京市七个山区县人均生态赤字情况。本文的基本结论是:目标区域的生态足迹需求超出了地区资源承载力,存在严重的生态赤字,并且生态赤字有扩大的趋势。笔者建议各级政府应当采取更加有效的措施,促进山区生态和经济社会的和谐发展。

The Analysis of the Ecological Carrying Capacity of the Environment of Beijing's Mountain Region

Taking the 7 mountain regions in Beijing as the object regions,this article calculats the ecological footprints of resource environment.Deducting the land area of preserving the biological diversity,the calculating result shows the ecological deficit in these 7 mountain regions.The conclusion is that the requirement in ecological footprints exceeds the fundamental carrying capacity,and there is a critical ecological deficit which is keeping expanding.In the end,it suggests the government should adopt more efficient measures to accelerate the harmonious development of mountain regional ecology and economy.
