The Development and the Challenges of International Trade in Education Services

Signing of the GATS makes a specification for international trade in services,including trade in education services.At present,the size of the market of international trade in education services continues to expand,which has gained tremendous growth in distance education,student mobility, international projects and foreign investment,and showing new trends.At the same time,the international trade in education services has a complex consideration of the interests of stakeholders.The differences are still huge and the quality assurance and certification system of education services should be improved.And more emphasis should be on cultural diversity and cultural adaptation,which makes the future of international trade in education services face major challenges.Faced with the current development of international trade in education services,China should also have the corresponding countermeasures.
