| 摘 要： | 随着高等教育规模的扩大,资金紧缺已成为一个突显的问题,适度举债是解决这一问题的有效途径。本文分析了高校负债办学的动因和现状,阐述了高校适度负债办学的可行性和必要性,揭示了目前高校负债办学中存在的问题,并提出了防范风险的措施。
