高校辅导员绩效考核体系的构建

摘    要:绩效考核不仅是奖惩的依据,也是指导工作的有效方法。建立一个科学、合理、高效的高校辅导员绩效考核体系,可以增强辅导员职业认同感,推进这一职业走向专业化,实现对辅导员的科学管理,为辅导员的薪资、晋升提供依据。

Abstract:Performance measurement is not only the criterion of encouragement and punishment,but also the effective method of directing work.However,the performance measurement of support tutor of university is always a problem because of unclear of its work scope.This paper discusses that how to construct indexes system of performance measurement of support tutor of university based on necessity and problems of performance measurement.
