| 摘 要： | 本文提出资本外逃属于国际资本流动范畴,广义上讲它是指资本由穷国向富国流动;狭义上讲它是指非正常资本流出.由于我国对资本项目收支实行严格管理,所以我国大部分外逃资本是通过混入经常项目等渠道而非法流出的.在那些容易引起资本外逃的国家里,资本外逃经常被隐蔽在国际收支表的"错误与遗漏"项中,如果一国的"错误与遗漏"额超过进出口贸易总额的5%,便认为是有问题.

| Abstract: | The capital flight helongs to the category of international capital flowing. In a broad sense, it refers to capital flight from developing countries to the developed ones; in a narrow sense, it refers to abnormal capital outflow. Most of the capital flight in China is drained through interfusing regular programs. This paper systematically studies the methods of estimation of capital flight, and evaluates the scale of capital flight in China from 1986 to 1999. |
