| Abstract: | Under the regulations of WTO,if we really implement the policies of aid-agriculture finance,we should insist on five great innovations includnig innovation of thinking and establishing consciousness of international competitional innovation of policies and coustructing financial supporting agricultural channel with high effect;innovation of management and raising supporting agriculture's efficiency in finance;cultural innovation and raising products' quality and international competitive power;innovation of system and establish long-term mechanism of aiding agriculture in finance. |
