| 摘 要： | 高校贫困生的形成,有国家投资结构、“三农”问题、收入差距等一系列原因。高校贫困生属于发展型贫困。高校贫困生摆脱贫困需要国家宏观调控,学校加大扶贫力度,贫困生奋发努力三方面的协调统一。
