| 摘 要： | 发达国家服务业发展的演变过程显示：进入工业化的中后期服务业开始迅速发展。借鉴发达国家工业化阶段服务业发展的经验，我国政府应转变发展理念，重视服务业发展，积极采取有效措施，推进市场化改革，协助行业协会发挥应有作用，支持服务业人才培养和技术创新，优化政策环境，促进服务业又好又快发展。
