| Abstract: | This article discusses the close relationship between water and politics in three aspects——building a country, running a country and defending a country. The first is that Da Yu controlled the Yellow River and founded Xia Dynasty, the second is the saying “Water can support the boat, it can overthrow the boat as well”, the third is that water serves politics by replacing soldiers. |
