| 摘 要： | 当前培育提高企业核心经营能力，是增强商业企业竞争优势实现成功发展的关键问题。本文研究了企业核心经营能力的内涵，提出了企业核心经营能力的概念和构成及基本特征。并提出了建立零售企业核心经营能力评价体系的初步设想。

| Abstract: | Nowadays it is the key to promote competition advantage of commercial enterprises and realize succeed development that advancing enterprises core management. This paper studied the meaning of enterprises core management abilities, and put forward the conception,construction and basic character of enterprises core management abilities. What's more,it also put forward the primary assumption to establish the core management abilities of retail enterprises. |
