| 摘 要： | 知识经济的兴起,使世界产业结构发生了根本性的变化,知识产业迅速增长,高新技术产业成为主导,传统产业知识化。面对这样的国际态势,为使我国在２１世纪赢得竞争优势,我国应从自身的人才资源优势和科技资源优势出发,选择“混合型高新技术进步模式”,积极发展知识产业和高新技术产业,以实现科教兴国和可持续性发展战略目标。

China should set up a "mixed-type high and new technological progressive mode" with its own advantages in staff and resources so as to realize the strategic targets of revival by science and technology and sustainable development. |
