| 摘 要： | 整合河北省四大港区资源、有效推进港群体系建设,是一个具有重大实践意义的课题。本文在论证整合河北省四大港区资源、推进港群体系建设的必然性和可能性的基础上,分析了其中存在的主要问题及其原因,并试图探索出整合河北省四大港区资源、推进港群体系建设的可行途径。
