| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义法治国家离不开高素质的法官,而建立健全法官遴选制度则是确保法官素质的前提条件。改革开放以来,我国的法官遴选制度有了长足的发展,但其中仍有许多地方不尽人意。对于该制度的完善,应从国情出发,借鉴国外的相关经验,走有中国特色的法官遴选之路。

| Abstract: | It needs high quality judges to construct socialist legal system , and to establish and perfect the election measures of judges is the prerequisite to guarantee the quality of judges . Since the policy of opening to the outside world was put into practice , our election measures of judges has been improved greatly , but it is far from satisfactory . Considering our national conditions , we should proceed in the way with Chinese characteristics while using the experience of other countries for reference . |
