| 摘 要： | 要实现西藏高等教育现代化，提高人才培养质量，西藏高等学校必须加强专业建设。文章分析了西藏高等学校专业建设方面存在的问题和困难，提出了科学制定西藏高校专业建设规划；面向西藏经济社会发展，提高专业的适应性；强化西藏地方特色，加强特色专业建设；以学科建设为依托，促进专业建设等四项具体措施。
