我国高校学报走向国际的制约因素及对策

对知识创新时代我国高校学报的国际地位及影响进行了分析讨论 ,认为目前在数量与质量上 ,我国高校学报与发达国家 ,即使与一些发展中国家 (地区 )相比还存在着较大差距 ,真正在国际上具有影响力的刊物数量很少。提出在当前形势下 ,限制我国高校学报走向国际的原因既有学科研究水平 ,又有国家政策方面的问题 ,也有编辑部内部方面的问题 ,而且后者的问题更加突出 ,并据此提出应加强对知识创新与科技期刊国际化趋势的宣传教育力度、加大办刊经费投入、组建精干高效的编委会等具体解决对策

Restrictive Factors and Countermeasures to the Internationalizatoin of the University Journals in China

Based on the analysis of the international status and influence of the University journals in China in the knowledge innovation era,it is thought that the university journals in our country fall behind those in some developed,even some developing countries in terms of the quantity and quality standard ,seldom is there any journals really having significant worldwide impact.From this point of view,the restrictive factors to the internationalization of the university journals at present are put forward,the factors are related not only to the scientific research level,but also to the govermental policies in our country,as well as to the operations of editorial board,and the latter is especially prominent.At the same time,some concrete countermeasures about these restrictive factors are proposed: strengthen the propaganda and instructive forces about the knowledge innovation and internationalization tendency of scientific and technical journals; improve the financial condition of editorial board; organize a knee witted and capable and highly efficient editorial committee,etc.
