| 摘 要： | 本文从博弈论的视角出发,在分析京津冀都市圈政府行为博弈背景的基础上,将京津冀都市圈管治中的政府间行为关系抽象为中央与地方政府、地方与地方政府之间的行为关系,通过建立相应的博弈分析模型,得出各级政府在博弈的不同阶段的最适策略选择,因而具有一定的理论意义和应用价值。
